Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Job Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore

Job responsibilities :

1.Supporting customers on phone and written correspondence regarding technical questions and issues related to SQL Developer technologies.
2.Scoping and documenting customer scenarios, potential causes and troubleshooting steps
3.Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs; may involve writing code.
4.Actively share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.
5.Effectively communicating with customers and stakeholders via, phone, email or any other available means
6.Assess self-knowledge and collaborate or escalate as needed
7.Pro-actively work towards self-development and sharing knowledge
8.Ensuring compliance with schedules; processes and MS policies and values.
Required :

1.Excellent knowledge and demonstrated experience in any of the following languages:
2.Visual Basic .NET
3.C# .NET
4.C /C++
5.Visual Basic 6.0
6.Knowledge and experience with VB Script as used in ASP programming
7.Knowledge and experience with Microsoft database access technologies such as ADO, ADO.NET, ODBC or OLEDB
8.Relational DataBase Management System (RDBMS) kno wledge and experience in any of the Database (ORACLE, DB2, SQL, Sybase, MySQL)
9.Knowledge of Microsoft® SQL Server versions 2000/2005.
10.Solid understanding of Windows Operating System and Programming
11.Broad working experience with Visual Studio and Visual Studio.Net
12.Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
13.Willing to work from Bangalore during US business hours (India- Night Shift)
